A recent update to some of the software I use to manage all of the galleries on the blog has caused some issues displaying gallery images. As a result, I\u2019m putting Tuesday Tips on pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No Tip This Week<\/h3>\n\n\n

The reason for no tip this week is because I typically refer you to gallery images in most of my tip posts. It\u2019s so very disappointing for me to not have my galleries \u201copen\u201d right now. If you were to go to any one of the blog galleries today you would see something like what you see in the featured image at the top of this post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prior to the software update you would have seen all of the thumbnail images for the selected gallery instead of just that blank space. Right now, the software team supporting the galleries is diligently working to discover the cause and correct the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hopefully, this issue will be resolved quickly and I can return next week with a Tuesday Tip. Until the gallery issues are resolved, please just hang in there with me. I may offer some simple tips if it takes longer than anticipated. I\u2019m not the most patient person on the planet so I sometimes struggle with daily hassles. This one in particular is very challenging for me as it just points out exactly how much I rely on technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you feel like you\u2019re becoming less patient in recent years, you\u2019re not alone. Cultural shifts \u2014 particularly when it comes to technology \u2014 have primed us to expect immediate gratification. I found a very interesting set of tips about increasing patience on the Cleveland Clinic website<\/a><\/strong>. It was a good reminder for me and I hope it can help any of you who also struggle with patience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
